What To Expect

  • Our Contingent Workforce Solutions model consists of the source, selection and recruitment of candidates; Payroll and Account Management services; HR employee engagement and relationship management services.
  • We will provide an Account Manager as required throughout the project to co-ordinate communication and cooperation with internal HR teams and take full responsibility for the accurate and timely recruitment and administration including advertising, pre-screening, portfolio reviews, interviews, reference checks, any ad hoc training, disciplinary and employee engagement functions.
  • We will continuously source and screen candidates. We will maintain a flexible talent pool of candidates for recruitment ramp ups, replacement hires or times of business fluctuation.

Gemma works as the Contingent desk Manager for the Cork team, where she partners with her Clients to provide a full cycle service within the manufacturing and industrial space.
