Leading manufacturer and supplier of surgical masks, Irema Ireland are now recruiting Production Operators for their Limerick-based plant.

About

Irema is a leading manufacturing company based in Kilmallock, Co. Limerick for over 30 years and employs 45 people.

It manufactures and supplies surgical masks wholesale to the medical industry, including the Health Service Executive.

Recently due to the coronavirus (covid-19), there has been a surge in demand from across Europe and the US for the products manufactured at the Limerick plant.

 

The Job

The Production Operator role is a fulltime position with Irema Ireland based in Limerick.

Duties of the role include:

  • Following procedures and carrying out visual inspections on specialized products to make sure that correct specs are followed.
  • Maintaining high attention to detail at all times.
  • Ability to achieve daily/weekly targets.
  • Packing products to strict guidelines
  • Printing labels and carrying out labelling of products with serial numbers.
  • Adhere to GMP policies and ensuring that health and safety procedures and regulations are followed at all times.
  • Previous factory experience is beneficial
  • Experience of working in a GMP Clean Room environment is beneficial
