Summary:
As part of CREGG Recruitment’s support to our charity partner, Cliona’s Foundation, we are delighted to be supporting them in recruiting a Full-Time Accounts & Office Administrator to join their dedicated team in Limerick. The successful candidate will manage the Accounts Function as well as ensuring the smooth day to day running of the Office.
Cliona’s Foundation is a vital resource for families of critically ill children in Ireland, providing essential financial support and assistance during difficult and challenging times. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of something bigger, working alongside a dedicated team of staff and volunteers who work tirelessly to raise funds and awareness for the Foundation.
The successful candidate will excel in a challenging, varied and interesting work environment and will be determined to be part of the continued success of Cliona’s Foundation and ensure that they continue to support at need families.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day to day Accounts, Purchase, Sales Ledger inputs and allocations, Payroll & Bank reconciliation
- Accessing, extracting and analysing data from donations made online across a number of different donation platforms and allocation of this income to the associated fundraiser and costs centre on the Accounts Management system
- Recording for all family applications received into the central applications register as well as supporting the Family Liaison Officer with paperwork
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering calls, responding to emails, preparing relevant documentation, data entry, filing, providing administration support to staff when required
- Other duties and tasks that be may be required from Management
Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge of Sage, QuickBooks and online fundraising portals
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and understanding of the needs of others
- Ability to work under pressure without sacrificing accuracy and efficiency
- Flexible with the ability to support and attend Cliona’s events when required
- Previous experience working within a charity sector would be advantageous but not essential
