Administrative Assistant- Clare – 6-month contract
Full Time, Temporary Role
Summary:
CREGG Recruitment are currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant to join a leading independent provider of specialist safety consultancy and training services in Ennis, Co Clare.
This is a Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 role and will be based fully on site.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organising training schedules
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Screening phone calls, redirecting calls and taking messages
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
- Greeting visitors, answering enquiries and creating a welcoming environment
- Data entry
- Booking customers into internal system
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Any other duties as required from time to time
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing demands in a busy environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Client relationship management skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong MS Office Skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication
