The Production Operator and Product Builder roles encompass a wide range of tasks and duties, which will generally include things like:

Working on a production line
Product Assembly
Inspection of product – can be visual, through the use of a camera or a microscope
Handling fragile products
Using equipment or machinery
Performing quality checks – ensuring the product meets the required standard
Packaging and labeling of products

Marian Manning,
Business Development Executive

Specialisation: Business Development

Marian is the Business Development Executive in the Galway region for CREGG Recruitment. Her focus is on growing our contingent recruitment desk. Marian works with clients to understand their needs and partners with them to build a bespoke solution to meet those needs.

Prior to joining CREGG, she worked in a number of SMEs and Multinational companies in ER, HR and Recruitment roles.

Marian holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management with the National College of Ireland and is CIPD certified.

Leah joined CREGG Recruitment in 2018, managing contingent recruitment in the midwest region. She is qualified with a Masters of Education from the University of Limerick and possesses a Bachelor of Business, with a career background in education, customer service, and finance.

Leah has built new relationships and developed existing client relationships further. Leah’s main client list comes from a variety of industries including but not limited to medical device, pharmaceutical, logistics, and warehousing.
