We are currently seeking to hire a fluent German speaker with experience in Customer Service for a 12-month contract based in Galway.

The Customer Services Team are responsible for a variety of sales support and order processing functions for internal and external customers to facilitate business objectives.





Key Responsibilities

  • Process all orders received via CRM system
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external customers regarding order status and other topics in a professional, positive and courteous manner
  • Review and maintain customers open orders on a daily basis
  • Investigate and resolve order processing issues reported by customers or as requested by employees
  • Resolve e-mail, fax and telephone issues with customers regarding pricing, inventory availability, terms, delivery or any other question or situation a customer may have queries about
  • Other duties as assigned
